After installing the new AVG 7.5 you may notice at 8:00am your computer decides to slow way down, possibly even freeze. This is because AVG automatically schedules a daily full system scan at this time. You may want to adjust the time it scans or simply disable to daily aggressive scan all together.

If you Open the AVG 7.5 program, then click the Test Center button on the left you will be taken to the test center. Next you want to open the Scheduler (again, a button on the left) and make sure the “Test Plan in Basic Mode” is not scheduled to run. This will disable the daily scan.
