If you are running Norton AntiVirus 360 and get an error message that states: "LiveUpdate is running in another process" while you are running LiveUpdate scan there is an easy fix.

• Go to Start > Run
• In the Run box, type: services.msc and click OK
• Look for the service named "LiveUpdate" and double click it.
• In the "Startup Type" drop down box choose "Manual" and click OK.
• Restart Windows

That should do it, you should now be able to update Norton 360 successfully after rebooting your system.
