If you see the error, "Error: "Error writing to message store" when trying to send or receive a fax or "Cannot write to message store, Error in message store." you may need to free up some drive space.

Check your computer for free space by going to "My Computer" and viewing the properties of the drive that has WinFax Pro installed. Symantec recommends having no less than 50 megabytes free.

Personally, I would recommend migrating away from WinFax Pro due to the fact it has long sense been discontinued by Symantec. There are several other alternatives available that will cause far fewer headaches.
