So you are a web designer and you just installed Dreamweaver 8 on the new Windows Vista. You go to the windows help system and get the following error:

"Internet Explorer cannot download / from windows. Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later."

What! No help? Whats going on! Well, Dreamweaver 8 has taken over as the default editor for XML files on your system by default during the install.

Don’t panic though, here is the fix. A quick registry fix (directly from Adobe.com so you know the files clean.)
