Oh man… If I had a dollar for every website host I’ve used sense I started this site I could buy myself lunch for a week.  If it’s not something technical it’s something that is unforgivable from a customer service department.  When I have a problem with a website, I want it fixed!  I don’t want to wait on hold for days and loose business while they try to monkey around and fix the problem.

Well, today I had my 10th “AWESOME” encounter with Hostmonster (my most recent host).  I love these guys, the uptime and speed of their service is outstanding and their tech’s are fun to work with.
